All TAANC Soft Luggage products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase.In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, TAANC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component at no additional cost.
The warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing or workmanship issues under normal intended use, including:
Manufacturing defects in buckles, D-rings, clips and hardware
Water ingress caused by manufacturing defects in waterproof construction
Premature failure of components due to manufacturing faults
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Crashes, accidents, falls or impact damage
Improper installation or incorrect mounting
Overloading beyond the intended carrying capacity
Abrasion, cuts, punctures or tears caused by external factors
Exposure to chemicals, fuels, solvents or corrosive substances
Normal wear and tear associated with regular use
Cosmetic damage including scratches, fading or surface marks
Unauthorised modifications, alterations or repairs
Misuse, negligence or use outside the product's intended purpose
Claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for transit damage coverage.
To qualify for warranty support:
The product must be purchased directly from TAANC, Sparify, or an authorised TAANC dealer.
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be available.
The product must have been used under normal riding and storage conditions.
The product must not have been modified or repaired by an unauthorised third party.

Sparify acts as a facilitator.
