International Shipping Policy

We proudly ship worldwide using reliable international logistics partners including FedEx, DHL, India Post International, and other trusted carriers.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country’s customs clearance process.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the recipient country are to be borne by the customer. Sparify will not be responsible for any additional charges levied at the time of delivery.

  • Volumetric/Weight Adjustments: In rare cases where the volumetric or actual weight exceeds standard shipping limits, the Sparify team may contact you to confirm and collect any additional shipping charges prior to dispatch.

  • Non-Returnable Policy: Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements once shipped from our warehouse.

  • Tracking & Insurance: All international shipments include tracking. For high-value shipments, we recommend opting for insured shipping (available on request).
