Frequently asked questions

It arrived faulty, damaged or wrong — is that a warranty claim?

No, and returns is the faster route for you — the item gets replaced rather than repaired. It has its own 7-day window from delivery and it takes your unboxing video, which this form does not.

Use Return and Replacement instead.

Do I have to register before I can claim?

No. If we can match your claim to a Sparify order we will look at it either way.

Registering is simply faster. A registered serial number means we act on your claim straight away instead of asking you to prove the purchase first.

What happens after I submit a claim?

You get a reference number by email immediately, and the outcome on that same thread. You can check progress here any time using that reference and your mobile number.

If it is approved we email you the address to post the product to. Once it reaches us you get an email confirming receipt and how long the assessment will take.

Who pays the shipping?

You post the product to us at your own cost. We pay to send it back to you.

Please do not post anything before we ask. An unannounced return cannot be matched to your claim.

What is and is not covered?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects.

It does not cover physical damage, water ingress on products not rated for it, normal wear, incorrect fitting or wiring, or a product modified after purchase.

Each brand has its own terms, and they are shown to you when you pick the brand.

How long does a repair or replacement take?

Usually one to two weeks from the day your product reaches us.

Some brands are serviced abroad and take longer — up to about 45 days. The page tells you which applies to your product before you submit.

Which brands carry a warranty?

Pick your brand in the form above and the exact period appears straight away, along with what that brand needs from you.

Periods range from 6 months to lifetime depending on the product. Some items we sell carry no warranty at all, and the page will tell you that honestly rather than take a claim it cannot act on.

I bought it on Amazon — can I claim here?

Only if Sparify was the seller. On Amazon we sell TAANC luggage; anything else you bought there came from a different seller, even if it is a brand we also stock.

For those, raise it with the seller named on your Amazon order and with the brand's own support.

Where do I find the serial number?

It depends on the product, and the form tells you exactly where to look once you pick your brand — usually on the unit itself and repeated on the box label.

If you have thrown the box away and cannot find it on the unit, submit without it and say so. It makes the claim slower, not impossible.

Can I claim without the original box?

Yes. The box helps and we would rather you kept it, but a missing box does not void a warranty claim.

What matters is the product, the fault, and that we can match it to your order.

My warranty has just expired. Is it worth asking?

Yes, ask. We read every claim.

A fault that clearly began inside the period, or a product that failed far sooner than it should have, is worth telling us about. Expect the date to count against it, but it is not an automatic no.

How do I check a claim I already made?

Use the Check a claim link above with your reference number and the mobile number on the claim.

You will also get an email at each step, so you do not have to keep checking.
