Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Transit: A replacement will be provided. Refunds are not applicable.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: A replacement will be provided. Refunds are not applicable.

If a replacement item is out of stock or the delivery exceeds 15 days from the order date, a refund to the original payment source will be processed.


Other Return Issues

For cases where the customer has ordered the wrong product or selected the wrong size:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Logistics costs will be applicable based on order value.

📌 Important Note: Items that are not eligible for return or replacement will be clearly mentioned in the product description.


Timeframe for Returns

  • Damage/Wrong Product: Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Other Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

🚫 No refunds will be provided to the original payment source except in the following cases:

  1. Replacement is not possible due to item unavailability.
  2. Delivery exceeds 15 days from the order date.

For All Other Cases – Store Credits Only

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits in the form of a coupon code.
  • Store credits must be redeemed in a single order and cannot be split across multiple orders.
  • The order value should be equal to or greater than the store credit amount.

Example:

If your order value was ₹1,000 and the shipping cost deduction was ₹150, you will receive a store credit of ₹850 as a coupon code.

  • This ₹850 store credit must be used in one single order.
  • It cannot be split across multiple orders (e.g., ₹300 in one order and ₹550 in another).

Logistic Charges for Returns & Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or replaced, including:
🚫 Headlamps, electrical parts, mirrors, spark plugs, fiber parts, fuel system parts, performance parts, or pre-ordered items.

These items will be clearly mentioned as non-returnable in the product description.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Items must be unused and in their original condition.

💡 Logistics for Replacement:

  • For damage in transit or wrong product delivery, replacements are done at zero logistics cost.
  • For wrong product ordered by the customer or wrong size selected, logistic costs will be charged based on order value.

Order Cancellation/Modifications

  • Before Dispatch: Cancellations or modifications are allowed, but a 2.5% fee will be charged for orders placed via Snapmint, UPI, credit card, or debit card.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Defects & Warranty

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. SPARIFY will assist in warranty claims but does not provide direct warranties.


General Guidelines

📦 Packaging & Shipping for Returns/Exchanges: Customers must ensure proper packaging and shipping, except for issues involving damage or wrong product delivery.
🔍 Quality Assurance: All returned items undergo a quality check. Items that do not meet return conditions will be refused.
💬 Feedback: Your feedback on your return/exchange experience is highly valued.


Important Notes

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges for "change of mind" are not accepted.
⚠️ Policy Abuse: Repeated purchases of the same item with the intention of returning most of them will result in return fees or service refusal.
