The Royal Enfield Explorer V3 CE Certified riding jacket represents the spirit of the brand in earnest. Classic, versatile, better with every outing, it is one of the most enduring riding jacket. Not only the entire jacket is CE certified, the armour at shoulder and elbow are Knox MICRO-LOCK CE Level 2 certified and are soft and comfortable to wear absorbing maximum energy on impact. The chest, arms, and back are crafted with a mix of airflow mesh & high-density polyester to help keep the jacket light yet highly-abrasion resistant. This riding jacket is also equipped with a removable thermal liner and a breathable-waterproof rain jacket that can be worn either as an inner or outer liner.

  • Construction: 600 D high abrasion resistant Polyester with 40% mesh at the chest, arms and back
  • Fit: Tour fit. Regular. Adjustment tabs at biceps, forearms, cuffs, collar, and waist.
  •  Abrasion resistance: 610D polyester Cordura Fabric at impact zones. Cordura fabric is known for its durability and high resistance to abrasions, tears, and scuffs.
  • Impact Protection: KNOX Microlock / CE Level 2 certified protectors at shoulders and elbows. Shock absorbent EVA foam back protector.
  • Water Resistance Separate breathable-waterproof rain jacket with water resistance up to 8000mm.
  • Winter Liner: Detachable Poly-filled Thermal liner.
  • Cushioned comfort collar prevents chafing of the skin.
  • Ribbed stretch panels at elbows and shoulder blades allow easy flexing with the body.
  • Ventilation High airflow Breathable mesh for better air circulation and body-heat control.

  • Pockets: 5; 2 front pockets, 2 back pockets and 1 pocket in the inside lining.
  • Trouser Connection loop: When connected, prevents the jacket from riding up the body in case of a slide.
  • Increased Visibility: Reflective branding at the front and back make the rider more visible in low light conditions.

          1. What is Your Refund Policy? 💸

          We offer refunds in the following cases:

          • Change of Mind / Not Happy with the Product:
            If you no longer want the product, we’ll issue a refund after deducting logistic charges to cover our shipping expenses both ways. The charges depend on the price of the product:

            Logistic Charges:

            • Below ₹999: ₹150

            • ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: ₹200

            • ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: ₹350

            • ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: ₹550

            • ₹10,001 - ₹15,000: ₹1,000

          • Wrong Product or Size Ordered:
            If you ordered the wrong product or size, we’ll refund your payment after deducting logistic charges (as mentioned above).

          Important Note:
          Refunds are not possible if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.


          2. What is Your Replacement Policy? 🔄

          We offer replacements in these cases:

          • Wrong or Damaged Product:
            If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of cost. You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

          • Change of Mind or Wrong Size/Color Ordered:
            We can replace the product based on your preference, but logistic charges will apply (as per the price bracket mentioned above).


          3. What if I Receive a Used, Broken, or Incorrect Product? ⚠️

          In the rare case that you receive a used, broken, or incorrect product:

          1. Report Within 2 Days:
            Let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we will replace the product free of cost.

          2. Refund Option:
            If you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting logistic charges.


          4. Return or Replacement Will Be Void If: 🚫

          • Altered Products:
            Returns or exchanges will not be processed if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way.

          • Non-Returnable Items:
            Items like headlamps, electrical parts, spark plugs, fiber parts, fuel system parts, and pre-ordered items are non-returnable.


          5. How Do I Initiate a Return or Replacement? 📝

          To start a return or replacement, just follow these steps:

          1. Fill out the form:

          2. Response Time:
            Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.


          6. What About Refunds on COD Orders? 💳

          For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

          • Refund Process:
            You must share your UPI ID or bank details to receive the refund.

          • Example:
            If your order is ₹1,000 and you paid ₹129 as COD charges:

            • Refund: ₹1,000 - ₹150 (logistics) = ₹850

            • COD charges of ₹129 are non-refundable.


          7. Can I Exchange My Product for Another? 🔄

          Yes! You can exchange your product for another of equal or lower value. Here’s how:

          • Exchange for Lower Value:
            If the replacement is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account.

          • Exchange for Higher Value:
            If the replacement costs more, you will need to pay the difference via bank transfer (details will be shared via email).

          • Logistics Charges:
            The standard logistics charges will apply for exchanges with another product.

          Exchange Processing Time:
          Exchanges will be completed within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse.


          8. Unboxing Video Requirement 🎥

          For all returns, replacements, and exchanges, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us handle your request quickly and efficiently.

          For warranty claims, follow these steps:

            Customers must return the product to our warehouse.

          Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. SPARIFY will assist in warranty claims but does not provide direct warranties.
