About SENA SF2-02 Bluetooth Communication System

2-PERSON BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

Built for communicating with another rider, the SF2 Bluetooth Communication System provides 2-way intercom communication up to 800 m (880 yards) in open terrain. The SF2 also lets riders enjoy smartphone connectivity allowing for music streaming, taking and making phone calls, and hearing turn-by-turn GPS directions. Plus, with the Audio Overlay™ feature, riders can simultaneously listen to music and use the intercom so you are never disconnected. Plus, with the Quick Charging capabilities, you will be ready to start your ride in no time.

THE SF2 IS AVAILABLE WITH HIGH DEFINITION SPEAKERS

Each SF2 comes with one standard and one HD speaker set. The HD speakers will take your ride to the next level with louder, clearer quality audio. The standard speakers are a bit smaller in size and maybe a more comfortable choice for some riders. The SF2 is available in a standard package with 1 headset and a dual package with 2 headsets.

STAY IN CONTROL WITH SENA SMARTPHONE APPS

You can link your SF2 Bluetooth device with the Sena SF Utility App (for iPhone and Android) to configure device settings and easily access quick guides. Also, the Sena RideConnected App will allow you to talk over the intercom with a virtually limitless amount of riders over an infinite range, as long as you are connected to a mobile network.

      1. What is Your Refund Policy? 💸

      We offer refunds in the following cases:

      • Change of Mind / Not Happy with the Product:
        If you no longer want the product, we’ll issue a refund after deducting logistic charges to cover our shipping expenses both ways. The charges depend on the price of the product:

        Logistic Charges:

        • Below ₹999: ₹150

        • ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: ₹200

        • ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: ₹350

        • ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: ₹550

        • ₹10,001 - ₹15,000: ₹1,000

      • Wrong Product or Size Ordered:
        If you ordered the wrong product or size, we’ll refund your payment after deducting logistic charges (as mentioned above).

      Important Note:
      Refunds are not possible if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.


      2. What is Your Replacement Policy? 🔄

      We offer replacements in these cases:

      • Wrong or Damaged Product:
        If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of cost. You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

      • Change of Mind or Wrong Size/Color Ordered:
        We can replace the product based on your preference, but logistic charges will apply (as per the price bracket mentioned above).


      3. What if I Receive a Used, Broken, or Incorrect Product? ⚠️

      In the rare case that you receive a used, broken, or incorrect product:

      1. Report Within 2 Days:
        Let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we will replace the product free of cost.

      2. Refund Option:
        If you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting logistic charges.


      4. Return or Replacement Will Be Void If: 🚫

      • Altered Products:
        Returns or exchanges will not be processed if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way.

      • Non-Returnable Items:
        Items like headlamps, electrical parts, spark plugs, fiber parts, fuel system parts, and pre-ordered items are non-returnable.


      5. How Do I Initiate a Return or Replacement? 📝

      6. What About Refunds on COD Orders? 💳

      For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

      • Refund Process:
        You must share your UPI ID or bank details to receive the refund.

      • Example:
        If your order is ₹1,000 and you paid ₹129 as COD charges:

        • Refund: ₹1,000 - ₹150 (logistics) = ₹850

        • COD charges of ₹129 are non-refundable.


      7. Can I Exchange My Product for Another? 🔄

      Yes! You can exchange your product for another of equal or lower value. Here’s how:

      • Exchange for Lower Value:
        If the replacement is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account.

      • Exchange for Higher Value:
        If the replacement costs more, you will need to pay the difference via bank transfer (details will be shared via email).

      • Logistics Charges:
        The standard logistics charges will apply for exchanges with another product.

      Exchange Processing Time:
      Exchanges will be completed within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse.


      8. Unboxing Video Requirement 🎥

      For all returns, replacements, and exchanges, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us handle your request quickly and efficiently.


      9. Warranty Claims 🛠️

      For warranty claims, follow these steps:

      1. Return the Product to Us:
        Customers must return the product to our warehouse.

      2. Replacement Process:
        Once we receive the product, we will process the replacement within 3 days, provided the warranty claim is accepted by the brand.

      3. Customer Support:
        If you need assistance with a warranty claim, feel free to reach out to us directly. We’ll guide you through the process based on the individual brand policy.

      Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. SPARIFY will assist in warranty claims but does not provide direct warranties.
