How to claim warranty
  • Customers are required to submit 3-4 clear pictures of the product along with their order Id and contact details. The same can be submitted to support@sparify.co. 
  • The team will review the claim and revert within 24 to 48 working hours
  • Complete warranty claim process involves validation of defects through the expert team and hence the complete process could take 5-7 working days. Updates and status/ clarification on your claim shall be sent on email
  • Once the claim is accepted customers are requested to send the product on our warehouse shared over mail post which the replacement will be given

      If brand requires physical inspection:

      • Customer ships the product to Sparify (cost borne by customer)

      • Inspection timeline: 15–20 days

      • Brand may:

        • Repair

        • Replace

        • Return same item (if no issue found)

      After closure:

      • Sparify ships final product back free of cost.
