The kit uses a Gold Series brass-coated chain with Star-Ring sealing and solid-bush construction, designed to provide improved lubricant retention, reduced wear and longer chain life. The matching front and rear sprockets feature super-hardened teeth with a special ED coating for enhanced durability, corrosion resistance and dependable road performance.

Manufactured by CHOHO Chains in Thailand, the TORQX kit is built as a complete chain-and-sprocket replacement solution rather than a basic chain-only upgrade.

Maintenance Recommendations

Inspect the chain and sprockets every 500–800 km and lubricate approximately every 500 km, or after riding in wet or dusty conditions. Maintain correct chain tension and alignment, and replace the chain and sprockets together whenever excessive wear, elongation, rust or abnormal noise is observed.

Professional installation is recommended. Confirm motorcycle compatibility and correct chain slack before installation. The catalogue recommends a standard chain sag of approximately 20–25 mm with the rider seated.
