Due to the intimate nature of the Raida Base Layer and for strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused garment.

Product is used, installed or altered
Marks, scratches, installation damage found
Packaging/tags/accessories missing
Unboxing video unclear or missing
Issue not visible in provided proof
Returned item doesn’t match the issue reported
Warranty is brand-controlled, not Sparify-controlled.
Sparify acts as a facilitator.
Customers can raise complaints directly on:

Process:
Upload Sparify invoice
Share issue video/photos
Brand inspects → decides repair / replacement / rejection
➡️ Sparify can help escalate if brand delays.
If brand requires physical inspection:
Customer ships the product to Sparify (cost borne by customer)
Inspection timeline: 15–20 days
Brand may:

Return same item (if no issue found)
After closure:
Sparify ships final product back free of cost.
Decision is fully brand dependent
Replacement is not guaranteed
Installation damage or wear & tear is not covered
Missing video proof may lead to rejection
