The B20 features Sena’s Audio Multitasking™ technology, enabling you to manage your phone’s Bluetooth functions, such as music and GPS, while simultaneously engaging in conversations via Mesh Intercom™.

      Warranty is brand-controlled, not Sparify-controlled.
      Sparify acts as a facilitator.

      Customers can raise complaints directly on:

      • Brand service portal

      Process:

      1. Upload Sparify invoice

      2. Share issue video/photos

      3. Brand inspects → decides repair / replacement / rejection

      ➡️ Sparify can help escalate if brand delays.


      🟧 B. Sparify-Handled Warranty (Some Brands)

      If brand requires physical inspection:

      • Customer ships the product to Sparify (cost borne by customer)

      • Inspection timeline: 15–20 days

      • Brand may:

        • Repair

        • Replace

        • Return same item (if no issue found)

      After closure:

      • Sparify ships final product back free of cost.
