Upgrade your Royal Enfield 650 Twin with the MK Racing Titanium Performance Header Pipes, engineered for riders who want lower weight, stronger exhaust flow and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note.
Designed with stock-style routing and mounting points, these headers fit seamlessly on the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. Most compatible crash guards can continue to be installed after fitting the headers, making them suitable for both street and touring motorcycles.
Made from high-grade titanium, each header pipe weighs only approximately 860 grams, delivering a major reduction in exhaust weight compared to the stock setup. The pipes use a 50mm performance diameter, allowing exhaust gases to flow more freely and helping improve throttle response and overall engine breathing.
As the titanium heats up during riding, the surface develops a distinctive gold, purple and bright-blue heat finish, giving every set a unique performance-bike appearance.
The wider construction also produces a deep, bass-heavy and noticeably louder exhaust note. Depending on the motorcycle setup and exhaust combination, riders may also experience sharper backfires and crisp exhaust pops during deceleration.
Each pipe comes with a pre-fitted header mounting bracket, helping maintain secure installation while reducing unwanted movement and vibration.
