Yamaha Aerox | Koso | CVT Clutch Spring | 1500 RPM | Compression spring

Yamaha Aerox  | Koso | CVT Clutch Spring | 1500 RPM | Compression spring

The Koso CVT Clutch Spring (1500 RPM) for the Yamaha Aerox is a high-performance upgrade designed to optimize the performance of your scooter’s Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system. By replacing your stock clutch spring with the Koso 1500 RPM spring, you can improve acceleration and engagement point, giving your scooter a more responsive and tuned riding experience.

Key Features:

• 1500 RPM Engagement : The Koso 1500 RPM clutch spring increases the engagement point of the clutch, meaning it will engage the transmission at a higher RPM than stock springs. This results in a quicker, more responsive throttle, especially useful in city traffic or when you need quick acceleration from a stop.
• Improved Acceleration: By tuning the CVT system, the 1500 RPM clutch spring enhances initial acceleration, giving you a more spirited start and better throttle response at lower speeds. This is particularly beneficial for city riding, where quick starts and stop-and-go traffic are common.
• Enhanced Power Delivery: With this clutch spring, you’ll experience a more consistent and controlled power delivery as the engine reaches its power band. It helps eliminate sluggish starts, improving your overall riding experience.
• Optimized for Yamaha Aerox: Specifically designed for the Yamaha Aerox, this clutch spring is engineered to work perfectly with the scooter’s CVT system, ensuring that it engages smoothly without causing undue stress on other components.
• Durable Construction: Made from high-quality materials, the Koso CVT clutch spring is designed to withstand the rigors of daily riding and provide long-lasting performance. It is built to resist wear, ensuring consistent engagement over time.
• Easy Installation: Replacing the stock clutch spring with the Koso 1500 RPM spring is relatively easy and requires no major modifications. The spring is a direct replacement and can be installed with standard tools, making it an ideal upgrade for riders who want to enhance their scooter’s performance without a complex installation process.
• Sporty, Responsive Feel: The 1500 RPM spring adds a sporty, more responsive feel to the scooter, giving you a better connection with the engine as the clutch engages at a higher RPM. This makes the ride feel more engaging, especially for those who enjoy a performance-oriented ride.

This clutch spring is engineered for riders who are looking to modify their Yamaha Aerox to achieve better low-end performance, making it ideal for city commuting or those who enjoy a quicker throttle response. The 1500 RPM rating ensures that your clutch engages at a slightly higher RPM, which results in smoother, faster acceleration without sacrificing top speed.
